Shamanic Practitioner
This is a living, devoted practice. I study under Sarah Marie Livings, whose work is rooted in the LightSong School of 21st Century Shamanism and Energy Medicine tradition, founded by Jan Engels-Smith in Portland, Oregon.
I have many teachers. This path continues to deepen through ongoing integration work, drumming circles, and a genuine openness to the many voices this work draws from, all approached with reverence and grounded in my own ancestral lineage.
Amma Therapist, LMT #23058
Graduate of The Wellspring School for Healing Arts. Amma is a Korean lineage bodywork with a foundation in Classical Chinese Medicine and Wholistic Healthcare.
Education in Western and Eastern approaches to health, including Chinese Medicine diagnoses, bodywork and acupressure to work with Qi, wholistic nutrition, energetics, herbal formulas and supplements, cupping, auricular therapy, meditation, QiGong and Tai Chi.
Professional Herbalist
Completed the Professional Herbalist program through East West School of Planetary Herbology. It reinforced and expanded my Amma Therapy training, including foundations of food, herbal medicine, energetics, assessment of imbalance, materia medica, and formulary.
Death Doula
Comprehensive nonmedical lab and death doula training with the Deathwives. Courses teach how to uphold sacred death and dying practices from cultures around the world.
Reiki Master
Trained as both a Usui Reiki Master and a Holy Fire III Reiki Master.
Lived Experience
Firsthand experience with care after death, including bringing my daughter's body home, tending to her lovingly, and keeping her in our care for a week before her aquamation.
Consciousness Exploration Training
Completed the Consciousness Exploration Training with Loralee Trocio, a local Oregon Monroe Institute trainer.
